- Can I use my personal name, or must it be a business name?
You can use your personal name, or a business name. You can even us a Trading As name. As long as we know what name the post will be arriving in, we can allocate it to your account. - I have 2 businesses, can they both be on one account?
Only if you have the Premium Plan, which allows for up to 3 different names. If you have more than 3 names, please contact us for a bespoke quotation. - I’m based outside the UK, can I still use your service?
Yes. We scan the post, and it can then be accessed online. So long as the account has enough credits for the scanning of items. - What happens if you receive post when my account has been suspended or closed?
Any post received when your account is not active will be returned to sender. - Do you open every item of post?
We reserve the right to open every item of post that arrives at our office. We open the post to scan it into our system. If you wish to collect your post, please let us know. - What is your address?
We don’t reveal our address until after signup to prevent misuse. It is a physical address, in Hastings town centre.
