How It Works

Getting signed up for our virtual mail address is quick and simple.

1. Complete the form

To sign up, head on over to this page, and complete the form. Its a simple one page form, and allows you to complete your own personal details,as well as the details of the name in which post will be received.

If you’re signing up for a Ltd company, we still need to know the name of the person who is the main contact. This person should also be a Director and / or PSC of the company.

2. Upload your ID

Due to Know Your Customer rules, we need to have proof of ID for yourself. We need 2 items. one being a passport or drivers license, and proof of home address which is a bill dated within the last 3 months.

3. Choose your plan

We have 3 plans to choose from – Personal, Business and Premium. Choose the plan that best meets your needs. Don’t worry if you get it wrong, as you can always upgrade or downgrade at any time.

4. Register

Click the register button, and our system will quickly check your application. If everything is completed, you’ll see the page reload, and you’ll be asked to confirm your email address.

Check your email box for one from us. Be sure to check the spam folder if its not come through. This email contains a link that needs to be clicked or copy and pasted into a browser. Once you visit that link, your email is confirmed.

The page will then refresh, and you’ll see the payment options page. This has the option you chose on the previous page. Enter your card details, and the billing details that will appear on the invoice.

Click the subscribe button at the bottom of the page, and you’re all set.

5. Start Receiving Mail

Your account is now active. You can visit My Account at any time to manage your subscription.

When mail is received, it will be listed under My Mail. This is where scanned mail can be viewed as well.

You’ll be sent to your registered email all the details you need to be able to start receiving mail.

When mail arrives at our facility, we’ll then process it, and it will be treated in the way that your plan allows for. All mail is logged in when it arrives, and this can be seen on the ‘My Mail’ page within your account. If you’ve opted for your post to be scanned and uploaded, a link will be on this page to enable you to view your mail in .pdf format.

  1. I’ve got an issue with the sign up pages!

  2. I’ve started using your address before signing up
    Any mail received will be returned to sender. We don’t hold it, or wait for you to sign up before returning it.
  3. My card has expired, or there has been a problem with payment
    No problem, we allow 7 days for these issues to be sorted out, before suspending your account.
  4. How long does it take to upload PDFs to my account?
    Typically, they are done on the same day they are received, but we ask that you allow up to 48 hours.
  5. Can I use your address for Google Business?
    We strongly recommend that you do NOT use our address as your Google My Business address. Instead, set your business profile to service area, rather than a physical address.
  6. Can you accept parcels?
    Yes. We accept deliveries from Amazon, Evri, UPS and all other major couriers. Please be aware that mis-use of this service may result in extra charges being applied.
